Although not a black owned company, we are committed in our joint responsibility of upliftment. Consequently: -
- 75% of our permanent staff are either female or classified as previously disadvantaged.
- including seasonal & casual staff, this increases to 86%
- black owned or empowered service providers are supported where practically possible
- continous numeracy and literacy skills development with our previously disadvantaged staff |
| Our Green Policy |
Although still in its infancy, we are: -
- striving towards providing a paperless working environment
- reusing our cardboard boxes and recycling unusable ones
- only printing required paperwork and recycling when outdated
- educating our staff with respect to energy efficiency |
