In 1958 Enzo Belli set up a small factory to manufacture and market typical Tuscan products. This idea turned out to be a shrewd one and for this reason Biscottificio Belli succeeded in developing its own national and international market. Its main strength consisted in caring both for production and customer care service. At present manufacturing takes place in a 4000m2 plant in Calenzano (Florence) and using the newest production procedures, whilst still maintaining the traditional recipes Biscottificio Belli were one of the first companies to market and let other people appreciate ''Pratobelli - Almond Cantuccini'' all over the world. Biscottificio Belli has not only allowed people to appreciate traditional ''Pratobelli - Almond Cantuccini'', but also new tasty products, such as ''Cioccobelli - Chocolate Cantuccini''
